Title:	在跨國音樂集團跨入台灣之後：從唱片製作人的創作自主性談起

Abstract:	文化產業的高風險特質，往往讓感性的創意發揮和理性的商業利潤之間產生拉扯，這樣的窘境尤其對創意工作者的創作自主性產生莫大的威脅。本文以唱片工業中的創意工作者——唱片製作人做為探討主體，試圖了解在90年代跨國音樂集團相繼進入台灣唱片市場之後，對於唱片製作所產生的影響，以及唱片製作人的創作自主性在大環境改變下所受到的衝擊。研究結果發現，跨國音樂集團帶入台灣的｢企劃導向｣唱片製作方式對唱片製作人的創作自主性造成了傷害，唱片製作趨向公式化、類型化，唱片作品轉向同質化。
