Title:	敘事與行銷活動─以第十七屆「飢餓三十」為例

Abstract:	本研究以台灣世界展望會所舉辦的第十七屆「飢餓三十」活動為例，探討行銷與敘事之間的關係，意圖找尋行銷故事中的使人感動的元素，並分析台灣世界展望會在舉行「飢餓三十」活動時，向捐助者及展望會會員（會員溝通）、潛在捐助者及潛在參與者（外部呈現）分別說了什麼類型的故事？故事中的主要角色為何？情節如何安排？是否有公式？又，二者的故事是否有所不同？藉由卜羅普的故事分析方法，本研究發現展望會在飢餓三十中得自「會員溝通」的部份可歸納出三種類型的故事，且確實與「外部呈現」之故事有所差異。而這些故事中的角色，亦能與卜羅普所描述之角色功能有所對應。整體而言，在第十七屆飢餓三十活動中，幾乎所有的故事結局都是未知的，期待閱聽眾能成為故事中的一分子，參與飢餓三十或捐款，以改善故事中匱乏的情境。
