Abstract:	近年來由於全球利率持續下跌，加上全球股票市場表現並不好，因此國內陸陸續續出現許多保本型的商品，譬如投資型外幣存款、股價指數連動債券、保本基金等。所謂投資型外幣存款是指存款的報酬並非固定，而是與匯率或投資指數等有關，可視為是定期外幣存款與選擇權的結合。股價指數連動債券的報酬可能與股價指數、個股股價，甚至是通貨膨脹率或黃金價格、原油價格等連動，可視為是零息債券與選擇權的結合。而保本基金的報酬和股市、匯率或利率等連動，可視為是零息債券與選擇權的結合。一般而言，這些產品不論其連動標的之走勢如何，投資人都至少可拿回保證本金，因此其風險較低。本文將針對這些產品的條款設計、產品解析及評價，加以簡略地介紹。
