    Title: From single author to co-author: 我的國際合作研究與發表經驗

    Abstract: 在學術專業的發展歷程中，單一作者的論文發表，往往是證明研究者具備
    獨立研究能力的重要途徑，而具備此種獨立研究能力，通常也是研究者獲得高
    度研究能力肯定的關鍵因素之一。自己在過去的研究經驗中，也經常採取這樣
    的獨立研究模式，但在這樣的研究模式下，研究能力以及學術發表質量的提升
    卻也僅能依靠自我的獨力學習以及成長，侷限性是很明顯的，而透過合作研究
    的進行以及過程中的學習，應該是讓研究能力提升及開展研究視野的很好途
    徑。在此次的合作研究經驗中，由於兩位傑出合作夥伴（香港科技大學樊景立
    教授及龔亞平副教授） 的付出及貢獻， 我們的論文“Employee learning
    orientation, transformational leadership, and employee creativity: The mediating
    role of employee creative self-efficacy” 有幸得以為Academy of Management
    Journal所接受。野人獻曝，在此分享此次合作研究過程中的些許經驗。
