Title:	內部控制判斷行為之研究―查帳人員與學生之比較

Abstract:	本研究探討我國會計師事務所查帳人員的內部控制判斷行為。以新資的內部控制制度之評估為例，給予60名查帳人員40個內部控制制度的個案，要求每名查帳人員一一評估內部控制制度的強弱，以試圖推論查帳人員的判斷政策，並衡量他們的判斷品質。同時，本研究也以60名大學會計系四年級學生為受試者，比較學生的判斷政策與判斷品質是否異於查帳人員。研究結果發現，在判斷政策方面，查帳人員與學生均重視與“分工”有關的線索資訊，且評估某一線索的作用時，並不考慮其他線索的情況。在判斷品質方面，學生的判斷共識、判斷穩定性以及自我洞察能力均低於查帳人員，但僅有共識一項達顯著水準。此外，上述結果與國外結果比較發現，在判斷政策方面，二者極為類似，唯在判斷品質方面，則較國外結果為差。
