Title:	企業正當性之實證研究―社會責任的觀點

Abstract:	企業應該積極扮演社會性角色，並與政府及社會大眾建立和諧的合作關係，已成為社會大眾對企業的主要期望，可惜，企業經營者缺乏工具和方法去調查、分析公眾對企業的期望與對企業之社會表現的知覺，因此無法制定適宜的社會性政策及規劃可行的社會責任方案，進而導致企業正當性差距日益擴大。本研究的主要目的，在於探討國內的企業正當性差距是否存在及差距的內容，並探討縮短企業正當性差距的對策，俾供管理者制定企業政策及政府制定公共政策的參政。本研究採郵寄問卷的方式收集資料，抽樣母體為具有選舉人資格的全省居民。以多階段抽樣法取得研究樣本1,800人，有效回件數為482份。資料收集時間為民國七十五年底。資料分析時特別應用多重類別分析法(MCA)。研究發現：公眾對企業的社會期望很高，而所知覺的全業表現水準支出却偏低，因此國內企業的正當性差距明顯存在，尤其在企業履行法律責任方面的差距更大。欲縮短國內企業的正當性差距，亟需由政府制定更多的公共政策及企業經營者採取「改善策略」，加以因應。
