Title:	經濟低迷時期的企業財務策略

Abstract:	民國七十年代的經濟低迷，使企業界面臨營業額縮減、成本結構惡化的雙重壓力，顯出盈餘遽降，週轉調度困難，以及財務結構文健全等營運困境。本文特就經濟低迷時期之財務特徵加以探討後，針對此種財務特徵，討論資產管理、負債管理以及風險管理等財務策略。資產管理策略之重點在於呆置資金之有效運用，應收賬款之加強收回、存貨之適切處理、固定資產之靈活運用。負債管理策略之要旨在於使負債比率減少，避免以短期負債支應長期用途，避免舉債採購固定設備，重視銷售預測藉以作貨款依據，以及與經營較佳公司合併域聯營。風險管理策略之運用重點為：1)減少固定成本比半率藉以降低營運風險；2)提高自有資本比率以降低財務風險。上述三大財務策略之運用，應配合政府的總體則財政措施，多管齊下，始能收到應有效果，突被經濟低迷所帶夾之企業『難關』，邁進企葉營運之康莊大道。
