Abstract:	88年2月3日修正公布之公平交品法，刪除商品限制轉售價格之除外規定，依該規定，所有商品均不得限制轉售價格，惟有部分國家如德國、日本，雖原則上禁止限制轉售價格，但對圖書，均准許得為限制轉售價格。德國之營業競爭限制防止法第十六條准許圖書得為限制轉售價格，而日本獨占禁止法第二十四條之二，亦准許圖書可為限制轉售價格，而英國在1997年3月13日前，英國限制實務法說亦認可圖書轉售價格協議(Net Book Agreem-ent，簡稱NBA) 為今法，本文試就德國、日本、英國就圖書限制轉售價格法制之沿革、現況及遠景加以分析說明。最後本文討論在我國公平交易法下，對圖書限制轉售價格之處理及未來發展方向。
