    Abstract: 組織在競爭激烈的成熟產業中勝出的關鍵是商業模式的創新，機場產業是一個明顯的例子，而香港機場管理局是箇中的翹楚。本研究因此選定香港國際機場為主要對象，並舉全球經營績效優異的國際機場為旁證，探討國際機場以何種創新商業模式提升競爭力，以及國際機場如何透過策略聯盟來運作這些創新商業模式。

    香港國際機場由香港機場管理局經營管理，欲瞭解其商業模式，須由其「策略意圖」入手，探究其「利害關係人」為何，以及各利害關係人之間的「夥伴關係」，從而得知其「策略聯盟」的組合。香港國際機場是海陸空交通匯聚之地，故其策略聯盟成員多為各類運輸模式的營運商與機場作業相關的業者，但因交通模式的差異，而有不同的策略聯盟。在各該策略聯盟中，成員以雙邊或多邊的形式，結合成「夥伴關係」，執行「策略作為」，最後創造出全新的商業模式。上述完整程序可描繪出一個商業模式架構。

    研究者以商業模式模組分析香港國際機場採行的各類商業模式以及各該策略聯盟的運作方法，從結論中導出一個實用的「研究架構」，可供未來相關產業商業模式研究者的參考。
    The key for winning in a matured and competitive industry is innovative business model. Airport industry is one of the examples while Airport Authority of Hong Kong International Airport is amongst the best. It is therefore, the Hong Kong International Airport is chosen as a major object along with other outstanding airports for this study. The issues of the study focuses on what kind of innovative business models are selected and how they operated through the cooperation of strategic alliances.

    Hong Kong International Airport is running by the Airport Authority of Hong Kong International Airport. To acquaint its business model, details of strategic intents needs to be study beforehand. And the combination of strategic alliance will then be concluded by means of knowing the stakeholders and the business partnership amongst the members. Hong Kong International Airport is an aggregation of air, sea and land transportation that most of strategic alliances members are airport operators and business runners of various transportation modes. The strategic alliances are thus, made up based on different modes of transportation. And bilateral or multilateral strategic relationships are constituted to execute the strategic affairs. It, eventually, develops a successful business model. The aforementioned processes can be described in a form of “Business Model Prototype.”

    The researcher uses the business model canvas to analyze many kinds of business models adopted by Airport Authority of Hong Kong International Airport and the methods that its strategic alliances operated and ultimately a practical “Research Prototype” is designed. It is hoped that the prototype can be referred for further study on the research of related industries.
