    Abstract: 本研究目的在探析，全球主要國家的媒體企業併購現況、如美國聯邦通訊傳播委員會（FCC）審議媒體企業併購案之程序、公民審議機制如何融入其媒體併購案審議過程、決定准駁媒體企業併購案時，其考量基準之理由。此外從台灣媒體企業併購實例，來分析媒體產權集中對媒體內容多元之具體影響以及我國通訊傳播委員會（NCC）如何從媒體業併購案例分析及其決策過程的研究成果，建構屬於我國的媒體併購案合理審議決策模式。
