Abstract:	中國大陸於1997年提出「民族文化生態村」的構想，並先於雲南少數民族地區試點操作，目的在於拓展城鄉經濟的同時，也能保護原生態之民族傳統文化。「民族文化生態村」的精神與民族民間傳統文化保護條例密切相關，本文將在民族民間傳統文化保護條例之發展沿革下，說明新中國官方對舊文化的保存觀點，同時，輔以實際走訪少數民族觀光村寨的田野訪談資料，闡述雲南地區族裔觀光的推行現況，並檢視在民族民間傳統文化保護條例精神下的民族傳統文化，其保存之道在觀光化的過程中，受到了哪些挑戰與引人省思之處。 The concept of "Ethnic Eco-Tourism Village" has been developed in China Since 1997, and sets up demonstrations at minority areas in Yunnan. The purpose of "Ethnic Eco-Tourism Village" are to expand the economy of cities and towns and protect the traditional Culture. The "Ethnic Eco-Tourism Village" closely relates to "Protection Regulations of Traditional Ethnic and Folk Culture." This paper analyzes how Chinese government preserved traditional culture by setting Protection Regulations of Traditional Ethnic and Folk Culture. Through field survey, this paper explores challenges that Ethnic Eco-Tourism Villages have faced.
