    摘要: 本文以緯創華南廠區供應鏈優化的建構與管理為案例,研究在中國市場經濟成長的變化下,分析供應鏈優化管理前後之績效分析。本文首先分析緯創中山廠之供應鏈管理體系(包含電子及標準料件、鐵塑機構料件與包裝材料與線材),評估供應鏈體系建立後之績效,並分析在中國關務與稅務改革搭配未來中國改革朝向擴大內需之方向,提出優化供應鏈之建議。將研究議題規範至二方向, 依不用材料性質設計相關之供應鏈優化管理策略及以相關成本分析來評估供應鏈優化前後之績效。透過個案研究法進行華南中山廠液晶顯示器供應鏈優化策略之質化與量化績效分析,本研究發現:首先,緯創中山廠的供應鏈管理策略為「建立供應鏈」非僅「選擇供應商」,利用Local buy的靈活性重新設計具有競争力的供應鏈,此才是其更有價值的積極意義的「supply chain optimization」。再者,中山廠之靈活的供應鏈架構已設計出以生產效率為導向的JIT工廠。最後,在轉為非保稅交易後,中山廠之料件已繳中國境內相關稅與規費,可自由的交貨、換貨與退貨,而不需經過任何關務的程序。
    Business managers concern with what factors influence the degree of supply chain collaboration and what moderates supply chain collaboration’s effect on supply chain performance. Based on the case study methodology, the thesis analyzes the performance on supply chain optimization of TFT-LCD in the Wistron’s China Chung-Shan Manufacturer from 2012 to 2013. We, firstly, illustrate the supply chain and evaluate both the qualitative and quantity performance after the optimized-built supply chain system in July 2012. Furthermore, the presence of environmental uncertainties, including the reforms of tax and tariff by China government, will be shown to influence the degree of collaboration and the degree of collaboration will be shown to influence the supply chain performance.
