    Abstract: 2001年9月11日的恐怖事件之後，跨大西洋兩岸和東亞地區發展出某種程度的跨區 安全合作。阿富汗戰爭期間，當美國與歐洲如同美國與亞洲間進行合作之際，亞歐之間 的合作卻不夠明顯和積極。亞歐有關安全問題的協商管道，長期以來都是靠僅有的「亞歐會議」，「東協區域論壇」則是雙邊安全對話的另一管道。本計畫是想解析幾個主要的 問題: 911 事件之後那一種跨區安全合作架構正在成形? 美國、歐洲、東亞在這個架 構裡可能扮演什麼角色？ 美亞歐建構持續穩定三角安全夥伴關係的遠景？。
