    Abstract: 台灣地區農地收益地價之較市場農地交易 價格偏低的原因,是否僅是農地純收益與農業 所得之差異而已?或另有價格泡沫(Price bubble)存 在等其他原因,本研究將以民國61至80台灣核心 農家經營記帳之原始資料為基礎,透過資料平 穩檢定後,以Vector autoregression方法及Granger causality test進行研究.並以實證分析結果,應用 於農地政策之探討.本研究之主要目的為:(1)檢 驗農地純收益、還原利率、農地地價之因果關 係,進而探討是否有價格泡沫之情形與機會成 本之考量;(2)於經濟變動或有特殊農業政策措 施之實施時,例如低利購地貸款時,農地純收益 、利率變動對農地地價之衝擊反應;(3)以"農業所得"替代"農地純收益",檢驗現值模型之變動 情形;(4)透過上述之檢驗與分析結果,為政策上 應用之探討與建議.
