Abstract:	本研究探索中國農村在急速社會經濟轉型中出現的「城中村」現象。「城中村」的發展是中國農村社會主義集體產權意識與身份認同的再現，顯示農村被城市兼併後不僅未轉變為城市街道居委會，而且村民仍然執著認同於農民身份，農民身價似乎高於城市居民，為何中國農村集體意識與認同未發生改變？本研究假設農村土地衍生的集體資產利益分享與福利照顧、村財政收入與赤字、村對集體資產的治理機制、村民與幹部之關係、村與上級街道辦事處之互動皆是影響中國農村社會主義繁衍與複製的重要因素。本研究將探討溫州與無錫「城中村」以及經歷過土地徵用但非「城中村」的村落，比較它們農村集體產權意識與身份認同的差異，將研究焦點鎖定上述五個自變項，尋求瞭解為何農村在已經完全脫離農業生產後，仍然繼續堅持社會主義集體產權意識與身份，顯示社會主義制度遺產繼續發揮作用，「路徑依賴」成為中國資本主義轉型不可忽視的力量。
