    摘要: 地區產業發展相關研究多以靜態或總體統計資料進行產業分析，直至近年演進經濟地理學發展下，指出地區發展歷史脈絡與行動者策略會影響未來地區產業發展路徑。然而理論發展過程中傾向市場需求面論述，忽略了政策環境供給面與地區間競爭合作關係所產生的機會與限制，因而衍生了本研究完善理論框架之動機。由於廠商所形成的創新技術網絡為獲取創新知識的管道，產業變遷與廠商網絡結構變遷因此息息相關，研究過程以ICT廠商所形成的創新技術網絡進行需求面變遷路徑分析對象，並以產業用地供給政策進行政策需求面分析，以較全面性觀點分析地區產業發展路徑。 除完善演進經濟地理學理論框架外，本研究也嘗試動態網絡分析方法的突破。應用社會網絡分析的實證研究多採用靜態網絡分析，然而地區產業路徑變遷是以時間脈絡為基礎的研究，因此研究過程則建立跨年期的網絡資料，並嘗試進行網絡結構變遷的深入分析，建立市場需求面的路徑變遷過程，以利於後續結合政策面的整體分析。政策所型塑的產業發展環境為廠商創新場域的基礎平台，藉由政策以及地理空間分析觀點，提供產業空間規劃者較為宏觀的產業用地供給政策建議。
    Previous studies in regional industrial developments mainly conduct industrial analyses based on static perspective and macro statistic data, while in recent years, researches in evolutionary economic geography have gradually acknowledged the critical role of path dependence and actors` strategic behaviors on the development path of regional industries and started to explore its influences by scrutinizing the demand side of the market. However, a more complete research framework that includes supply sides is still lack. Particularly, in spite of the effect of policy supply and the prevalence of regional co-opetition relationship, scholars have devoted remarkably little attention to how these two factors interact with each other and consequently affect the development path of regional industries. To fill this research gap, the study plans to investigate the path evolution of ICT firms` technology networks by simultaneously considering the supply side factor - the policies of industrial land supply. Technology network is a key knowledge source of firms and the path evolution of network structure is close related to industry evolution. In addition to complementing the research framework of relative studies in evolutionary economic geography, this study tends to introduce a dynamic view by using social network analysis and longitudinal data. By doing so, this study may be able to shed some light on the industrial spatial planning and provide practical suggestions to the government.
