    Title: 考慮田口損失函數時X管制圖的經濟設計---再生理論方法

    Abstract: 假設我們有興趣的品質特性只有一個並且 是可測量的(Measurable).在使用管制圖 (Control charts)控制品質特性(Qualitycharacteristic)在製造 過程中的變異(Variation)之前,使用者應先決定管 制圖的設計參數值(Design parameters),使用者應先 決定管制圖的設計參數值(Design parameters)即抽 樣時間(Samplinginterval)樣本大小(Sample size)和管 制界限(Control limits).而生產製程之正常與否( Process is in-control or out-of-control)端視非隨機因 素之發生與否而定.有些非隨機因素的發生只 會影響製程平均值,而不會影響製程變異數.在 此情形下品管人員則需使用X管制圖來追蹤製 程是否正常.本研究將提出一個控制製程平均 值的方法,研究中假設有二個非隨機因素可能 存在,而該因素的發生會引起製程平均值( Process mean)的變動(變大或變小).於是吾人可建 立一個經濟設計的X管制圖來追蹤此可能有非 隨機因素(Assignable cause)發生的製程.而此製程 模式的建立乃擴展Banergee和Rahim(1987)的再生方 程式(Renewal equations)而得唯成本則以田口的損 失函數(Loss function)來表示.用所提供的再生方 程式,吾人可容易的推導出平均再生時間(The expectedcycle time)和平均再生損失(The expected cycle loss),繼而再導出為設計參數函數的單位時 間損失模式.為決定最佳的設計參數值,吾人需 探討適當的最佳化技巧以使損失模式最小化. 另外,吾人將以例子說明方法之應用,並探討下 列問題:(1)敏感度分析:了解各種損失參數對最 佳參數值之影響;(2)與Shewhart管制圖做損失大小 之比較;(3)若時間允許,吾人將擴展上述再生方 程式方法為製程可能有幾個非隨機因素的情形 ,即將模式一般化.
