    Title: 羅吉斯迴歸模型估計的幾種逐次D型最佳設計探討

    Abstract: 為了估計羅吉斯迴歸模型(Logistic regression model)P(x)=l/sup.alpha.+.beta.x//(1+l)/sup .alpha.+.beta.x/ 的未知參數.alpha.和.beta.,理論上早已得知D型最 佳設計(D-optimal design)是由滿足P(x)=176或者 P(x)=824的兩個點所構成.這樣的實驗配置雖然滿 足D型最佳性的原則,卻有一個顯明的缺失.因為 在.alpha.和.beta.未知的情形下,這兩個最佳配置 點的位置根本無從決定.一個常用的方法是採 用逐次實驗來解決問題.大體上而言,一個逐次實驗設計法(Sequential design)可區分為兩個階段: 起始的設計階段(Initial design stage),以及後續的 逐次設計階段(Sequential designstage).前者,實驗配 置的決定並沒有一個常規可尋,後者的每一個 實驗步驟則是利用所累積的資訊,同時配合D型 最佳化的原則來決定實驗配置.無疑的,經由逐 次實驗所產生的資料是不可能相互獨立的.不 過理論上已經得知.alpha.和.beta.的最大概似估 計量仍具有一致性(Consistency),近似常態性( Asymptoticnormality),同時設計本身也具有近似D型 最佳性(AsymptoticD-optimality).基本上這些特性並 不會因為起始設計階段實驗配置的不同而有差 異.然而在實際應用上,由於受限於小樣本的前 提,整個設計的好壞與起始階段實驗配置的選 定有密不可分的關係.基於文獻中對於此類問 題的探討並不多見,在這個計畫中我們將提出 幾種利用逐次實驗設計來估計羅吉斯迴歸模型 的構想,比較不同起始實驗配置所可能造成的 影響,希望能夠提出一些較具建設性的建議.
