    Title: 組織動態創新能耐演化之研究

    Abstract: 當智價經濟來臨時,廠商如何有效累積其組織動態創新能耐,並回應外在環境的變化?其動態創新能耐的演化過程為何?皆為產業台灣邁入創新驅動階段的關鍵議題。本研究希望透過技術知識特質、市場競爭特性、組織與管理特性與創新社群等不同的變數中,歸納出影響組織動態能耐演化的因素,進而分析瞭解組織動態能耐的演化的方式與創新績效。 本研究的主要研究問題包括:(1)組織動態能耐的內涵為何?(2)不同的技術知識特質如何影響組織動態能耐?(3)不同的市場競爭特性對組織動態能耐的演化有何不同?(4)組織與管理特性如何影響動態能耐之演化?(5)創新社群對組織動態能耐的演化有何影響?(6)組織動態能耐與創新績效的關連? 至於研究方法以個案研究為主,資料來源則以台灣光資訊產業與積體電路製造產業為個案觀察對象,並透過人員訪談,瞭解產品開發專案與組織動態創新能耐演化的歷程。研究結果顯示在不同的技術特質如技術知識生命週期、技術知識路徑相依度、技術知識外顯程度、技術知識變動程度、技術知識複雜程度會影響組織動態能耐。而市場競爭特性會使廠商在動態能耐演化過程中調整本身的專案開發模式,至於組織與管理特性方面,廠商的策略意圖如積體電路產業追求製程技術領先與光資訊產業廠商追求在光碟機倍速的領先也會影響組織動態能耐演化,而組織動態創新能耐的演化過程是經過長期的策略承諾與投資。最後,在創新社群與體制環境中,研究機構(如工研院)扮演非常重要的角色,由於產業界資源(人才、經費)貧乏,所以廠商透過政府科技專案運作方式,藉由人員交流擴散或產研合作模式,累積組織動態能耐。至於組織動態創新能耐演化方式可以分為(1)自主虛擬模式;(2)自主內部研發模式;(3)系統合作模式。而組織動態創新能耐的演化也會影響廠商的產品創新績效表現。
