Abstract:	非營利組織的主要目的是在提供一些政府機關或企業所無法提供,或是尚未提供的服務,而這些服務卻是現代社會當中不可或缺的工作。許士軍(1994)認為,隨著社會的進步及多元化,有越來越多的社會功能或服務,仰賴非營利組織的提供。而非營利組織出現的原因,是因為社會對公共事務的需求愈來愈多,但是在政府能力有限的情況下,必須要由民間的組織或團體來分擔一部分的社會公益事業,而非營利機構推行社會工作的成就,在某些方面而言,遠比政府要來得出色。鑑於非營利組織的益形重要,本研究將以管理理論為基礎,探討台灣的非營利機構在管理方面之議題,並提出可行的管理模式架構以供實務運作之參考。第一章說明本研究之背景、問題及目的,第二章以文獻探討瞭解國內外學者在非營利組織管理方面的研究,第三章說明研究設計,第四章則提出適用非營利組織的管理模式-CORPS模式,第五章將依此模式詳細說明其經營管理策略,第六章則探討我國非營利組織在目標制定及績效評估方面的現況,同時提出具體建議,最後第七章就本研究之結論作扼要說明。
