| Abstract: | 本研究希望以服務導向邏輯(Service Dominant logic)為思考基礎，輔以系統思維(System Thinking)及設計思維(Designed Thinkging)來打破傳統鎖具設計的思考邏輯，透過有系統的發想及收斂，分析出問題的真相，並從真相裡面去找出可行的解決方案。
研究的目的是以鎖具為主，以人們在鎖具的使用上遇到問題做為起點，進一步去思考可能的作法，並設計預期要達成目標的價值主張(Value Proposition)。有了目標後，透過訪查的方式去了解使用者遇到的真正問題，用同理心地圖(empthy map)來洞察使用者心中的痛點(pain point)，依據環境、利害關係人及實施方法進行分析，透過歸納、分析手法重新定義問題，找出鎖具真正的問題所在，並且找出可以解決使用者問題的方案。
有了解決方案後，再用其中的一個方案「自行車安全防護網」來實作，透過雛形(Prototype)的設計結合無線網路、微處理器以及物聯網觀念設計出可以與生活緊密結合的新型態鎖具，設計思考的過程讓相關的人實際參與，把每個人對於自行車安全防護網的概念表現出來，經由不斷的調整，來縮短團隊之間的認知。完成雛形(Prototype)後，針對服務的可行性與實用性(Desirability & Usability)、商業上的存續性 (Viability)及技術上的可行性 (Feasibility)來進行分析，審慎的分析後，開始思考，該如何導入、布局市場，用甚麼樣的方式可以讓客戶可以真正去感受、體會我們所創造出來的服務，就必須思考到服務運作上的策略、管理上的策略，除了策略外，也應該考慮到未來商業模式等問題。 |
