Title:	新制度主義及其在中國大陸研究上的意義

Abstract:	近年來，「新制度主義」一方面建立在過去的社會科學理論上，另一方面也暴露出過去社會科學理論的不足。因此，新制度主義對「古典制度主義」和「行為主義」兩學派研究取向的調和與揚棄，而對政治學、社會學和經濟學等社會科學界均很有影響。新制度主義是先由西方政治學中通過經驗研究結晶為理論典範，再由中國大陸研究引入借鑑，應用在不同於西方的結構、文化與行為者的一種分析途徑。就中國大陸政治研究方法而言，多元主義典範的冒起是對極權主義典範的「反動」、「否定」；新制度主義或者結構主義典範卻非對前者的否定，而是一種調和或綜合。這一方面源於美國政治科學界、社會學與經濟學等之科際整合趨勢。新制度主義作為一種分析途徑與理論建構的取向，其應用於當代中國大陸政治研究，不僅已十分普遍，而且其躍居為主要分析典範的重要性也正與日俱增。新制度主義究竟是否適用、如何適用於當代中國大陸及其意義何在？此一課題是本文所要探討的重點。
