    Title: 女記者採訪創傷新聞之勞動處境與壓力
    The Working Conditions and Stress Sources of Female Journalists Who Cover Trauma News

    Abstract: 本研究探討國內女性新聞從業人員採訪創傷新聞的勞動處境及壓力。研究採取質化的深度訪談法,訪談任職於報社或電視台、曾採訪過創傷新聞的11名女性記者。結果發現,整體而言新聞室對男女記者的要求差別不大,組織制度如轄區制,以及追求快速的新聞文化,皆促成了性別界限消失的可能。但實際上沒有性別界線正意味著理想勞工形象以男性作為範本,因此在勞動場域中,女記者的身體或家務責任經常遭受貶抑與汙名。更重要的是,細究創傷新聞採訪工作的分工型態,仍可看出隱含的性別意涵,女記者更被期待掌握好創傷新聞的情感表達,不過,她們會在與消息來源互動等不同的工作需求中,展現出多樣的性別氣質。

    採訪創傷新聞的女記者面臨來自採訪情境、受害當事人或其家屬、華人社會對死亡的忌諱等各種狀況,除了事件本身帶來創傷壓力外,尚有與組織、上司、工作條件相關的多重壓力處境。而採訪路線、組織文化、工作類型、個人性格,及創傷事件期間的暴露程度、熟識狀況、是否做好心理準備與陷入道德困境等,對創傷壓力的形成與否與程度大小皆有影響。此外,面對壓力,女記者發展出一套因應之道,例如改變壓力情境、轉化壓力意義、情緒管理、尋求社會支持、擴大處理資源等方式回應壓力。
