Abstract:	不論是日常生活或從事體育活動時，我們往往會使用慣用手或慣用腳，例如寫字、投球或踢球等，其實，從人類大腦的功能偏側化 (functional lateralization) 角度看來，左手的運動本能反應較佔優勢，慣用右手者應該重視非慣用手的訓練，尤其以兩側遷移 (bilateral transfer) 的理論看來，練習某側肢體，將會對另一側產生遷移效應，那麼我們在學習動作技能時，是否能夠透過非慣用手的訓練來幫助慣用手的學習？在兩側俱利的運動項目上（籃球、足球等）應如何練習才能提升學習效率呢？本文先從大腦功能的偏側化、慣用手的形成、判別與其相關研究談起，再整理有關左右手動作技能表現的研究，最後，由兩側遷移的理論與相關研究出發，談及不同練習順序對運動學習的影響，冀望一系列的相關研究回顧，能夠提供體育教師或運動指導者在教學時能有不同的思維角度。
