    Abstract: 隨著中共改革開放所激發出的思想解放氛圍，儒家思想在中國大陸不僅成為文化研究的重點，也開始重建應有的文化定位及歷史尊嚴，更值得關注的是，儒家價值所擴散出的政治效益及文化利基，也漸為中共統治階層與政治菁英所正視和吸收。其中，中共在後冷戰時代所操作的「柔性權力」戰略布局，就積極導入儒家文化與之接軌和融合，以化解與反制西方的「中國威脅論」與「文明衝突論」，同時也可藉此重建和形塑中共對外的文化主權與和平形象。其具體的戰略實踐，即中共近年致力推動所謂「孔子學院」在海外的廣設，並且已取得初步的成效。面對中共柔性權力的快速崛起，臺灣未來勢必會承受日趨邊緣化的壓力，對此，我方應及早加以因應，規劃出一套有效發展柔性權力的戰略藍圖。
