    Abstract: 中國宏觀調控政策的成效與否，一直是學界關注之焦點，本文之研究目的是希望瞭解究竟什麼是宏觀調控政策？宏觀調控政策手段為何？其對大陸股票市場的影響又為何？由於2007年是中國大陸股市火紅的一年，當年10月19日上證指數到達最高點（6124點），而大陸股民開戶數也超過1億戶。因此本文即針對2 0 0 7年大陸股票市場，觀察中國政府於當年實施新一波的宏觀調控政策來抑制大陸股市的過熱現象，究竟其成效為何？希望對大陸宏觀調控政策之研究有一個新的視野。
