Abstract:	2009 年，中國大陸汽車產業的發展有了進一步的突破，不僅產量世界第一，也成為世界最大的汽車消費國，這對一個發展中的國家而言，是個了不起的成就。然而對中國大陸而言，想要將汽車產業做大做強一直是其最大的願望，而其最終目標仍然是將汽車產業做強，成為與美、日、歐等汽車強國並駕齊驅，甚至取而代之。本文即在探討大陸汽車產業做強的三個關鍵因素，產業結構（集團化）的調整、自主品牌的塑造、新能源汽車的研發，中國大陸要想做強汽車產業，勢必要面對此三項問題的挑戰。而中國大陸如果能夠在未來10 至20 年中順利解決此三大問題，必然有機會可以成為西方學者專家所預測的未來世界汽車產業新的霸主。
