Abstract:	經濟改革和對外開放政策的推展，固然為中國大陸帶來經濟的快速增長，但是在此一發展過程中，由於內外在環境發生廣泛而深刻的變化，特別是2008年國際金融危機的爆發對大陸經濟造成鉅大的衝擊，使大陸必須積極調整經濟發展策略，加快經濟發展方式的轉變，才能維繫大陸經濟的永續發展。值此經濟轉型的關鍵時刻，中共「十八大」的召開，「習李體制」確立，海內外便高度關注李克強的經濟思維，能否帶領新政府因應經濟危機，並推進大陸經濟的轉型升級。今（2013）年6月，李克強就任國務院總理3個月，時任巴克萊集團亞洲首席經濟學家黃益平創造了「李克強經濟學」（Likonomics）這個新詞，並概括出三個重要政策支柱，亦即不採取刺激措施、去金融槓桿以及結構性改革。但是從過去6個月對大陸新政府所提出經濟改革和宏觀調控政策所揭露的訊息，這三大政策支柱並未能完全涵括目前大陸經濟轉型升級和產業結構調整的政策和措施，而大陸經濟未來的走向仍將受到長期目標的追求和短期情勢的因應所影響。
