    Abstract: 中國大陸改革開放後，中共開始朝向以經濟建設為中心的物質文明建設，不久之後，鄧小平亦提出建設「社會主義精神文明」的訴求。根據中共的說法，「社會主義精神文明」一詞，乃源於鄧小平執政時期才正式提出的新概念，至後鄧時期的三位執政領導人，仍然持續宣傳提倡，且具備有意將「社會主義精神文明」的義理加以強化之發展態勢。本文將「社會主義精神文明」，視為一個新概念，針對中共如何透過國家機制，宣傳「社會主義精神文明」此一新概念進行深入探討。本文的內容分為三個方面：一是探討中共形塑「社會主義精神文明」新觀念的因素；二是討論中共宣傳「社會主義精神文明」的機構與管道；三是理解和分析「社會主義精神文明」在中共的傳布的情形與經歷過程。
