Abstract:	相關資料顯示，臺商投資在大陸的外商投資中占有絕大之比重，甚至對大陸經濟發展帶來正面的影響。隨著大陸投資環境的改變，臺商在大陸投資行為，出現數個顯著的變化，包括投資當地化、產業升級、勞力密集走向技術密集、投資區塊逐漸北移等等現象；在許多的研判上，大多認為大陸官方的政策引導，例如對高新科技產業的重視、重點經濟區的擴大、投資行為的規範等都深入影響臺商在當地的投資策略。本研究將從臺商投資行為作為研究的切面，進而企圖發現地方政府的治理模式與行為對廠商投資的影響為何。亦即假若大陸地方政府採取相關政策來吸引廠商投資是為了提升地方產業發展與經濟成長，那麼臺商大舉進入該地區投資的現象，會產生一定的關聯性。加以部分地方官員為追求政績，造成重複的投資，形成無謂的浪費與低效能現象。因此，本文從大陸地方治理的視角，透過昆山臺商投資角度來分析廠商投資與地方治理的關連性，採用部分訪談內容作為本研究論述的補充並形成對話，研析昆山地方治理對臺商投資區塊與群聚的影響。
