    Abstract: 自2008年5月臺灣政局再次政黨輪替、國民黨重新執政以來,兩岸在"擱置爭議"、"正視現實",共謀發展的基本共識下,兩岸政治緊張關系大幅緩和,兩岸兩會恢復協商機制之后,四次陳江會簽訂了12項協議和1項共識。而第五次陳江會更于2010年6月29日于重慶舉行,并簽署眾所關切的《兩岸經濟合作框架協議》(ECFA)以及有關兩岸知識產權保護協議。然而,盡管臺灣內部仍為兩岸簽署《經濟合作框架協議》對臺灣具有那些政治和經濟意涵,以及對台灣經濟將產生何種影響而引發熱議,但是ＥＣＦＡ的簽署應是順應區域經濟一體化或區域經濟整合的發展趨勢,加强两岸經貿交流與合作,推動兩岸經貿關係正常化的製度性安排別無選擇的途徑,它並將型塑未來兩岸經貿互動關係的發展,不過,在此一基礎上,它是否能使台灣經濟融入東亞經濟整合的潮流中,並為台灣參與國際經濟活動開拓一條得以發展的渠道,仍有許多必須加以深入探討的問題。
