| Abstract: | 本研究旨在厘清中國臺灣小報新聞讀者的閱報傾向,以《蘋果日報》的讀者為例,探究閱報內容偏向(軟性/硬性)對其涉入公共事務、政治知識高低的影響,同時比較了偏好閱讀軟性新聞的讀者和偏好硬性新聞的讀者,在公民參與程度、政治知識表現上的差異。本研究采用問卷調查法,研究結果顯示:閱報內容偏向軟性新聞的讀者,其公民參與程度不一定就低,亦不一定較缺乏政治知識。軟性新聞的偏向程度,跟是否常投入公共事務、了解政治事實沒關系。反觀偏向硬性新聞讀者,其偏向程度越高,公民參與程度越高,但不能說越常看硬性新聞,越清楚政治信息,兩者間沒有關聯。此外,我們無法假設閱報內容偏向軟性新聞的讀者對娛樂版之外的新聞內容沒有興趣。最后,研究加測了閱報時間長短與公民參與程度的關系,發現閱報時間越長,公民參與程度的確越高。 |
