    Abstract: 在二十一世紀,知識是推動經濟發展​​的重要要素,又被稱作知識經濟時代。大學與研究機構除了作為研發的重要場域之外,更是推升經濟一個重要環節。以美國為例,自八十年代的拜杜法案(BayhDoleAct)之來,以大學及研究機構作為研發場域的“學產”(universitytoindustry)技術移轉模式,將大學研究成果視為國家和地區的重要經濟資源,並能證實大學研發的知識產權透過授權產生經濟價值。自拜杜法案之後,產合作的文獻探討多是圍繞在授權績效的研究,嘗試尋找影響大學技術授權績效的因素。
