    Abstract: 勞而不得休”不管是在《詩經》時代或當今社會都成了生活的寫照,因此“慢活”的呼聲隨之而起,意謂不論是工作或休息都需要融人一種精神元素,將“休閒”參數加人其中,並重新賦予生活品味、給心靈自由與解脫,這就是“休閒”思想的內涵與意義。這種理念早在《詩經》一書中就已體現其文化價值及道德意蘊,而《詩經》中有關休閒的文本呈現諸多面向,由貴族宴饗到百姓遊樂,由射箭騎馬、鐘鼓琴瑟到漆消踏青、翩遷起舞,雖然尚未呈現系統性、規模化的休閒方式,但已具備豐富的休閒運動,因此本文擬從《詩經》一書中找出與“休閒”相關的文本,從其文化意涵、休閒方式及現代價值去探討《詩經》的休閒意義,並將之與現代人的休閒觀遙契、比較,從而體現出“休閒”的精神—穿越古今皆然的生命智慧。
