Title:	環保政策對“中國制造”生產效率的影響

Abstract:	基于隨機前沿分析方法,本文采用中國工業企業數據庫中38個產業的數據,分析了環保政策對"中國制造"生產效率的影響。研究結果表明:較嚴格的環保規范會刺激廠商提升生產效率;環保政策對企業生產率的影響存在行業差異;環保政策對高污染企業產生的生產率效應比低污染企業更為顯著;此外,環保政策的生產率效應存在滯后效應。因此,政府對污染企業實施更嚴厲的環保政策可達到環境改善和效率提升的雙重效果,但環保政策應考慮產業差異,并應制定配套措施協助廠商進行環保改造。
