Abstract:	1930年中原大戰期間 ,閻錫山、馮玉祥聯合改組派汪精衛、陳公博和西山派鄒魯、謝持等在北平召開“中國國民黨中央黨部擴大會議”(簡稱“擴大會議”) ,欲另立黨統。該會不僅通過宣言 ,而且組織國民政府與南京國民政府“爭正統” ,制訂《中華民國約法草案》以“爭千秋”。以往囿于國民黨黨統觀念 ,北平擴大會議未被國民黨史所正式承認。本文即欲跳脫國民黨正統觀的束縛 ,正視當時中國南北分裂的政治現實 ,根據臺北“國史館”庋藏的《蔣中正總統檔案》、《閻錫山檔案》等原始資料 ,透過“爭黨統”、“爭正統”、“爭千秋”三個階段來闡釋擴大會議。
