Title:	社區大學英語教學策略探討

Abstract:	語言的學習是要學習對方的文化生活與思維方式，透過了解對方的文化生活與思維方式，我們才能用合宜與札確的語言來表達我們的意思，以達到良好的溝通效果。而成人在社區大學學習英語，因涉及到學習者本身的知識、動機、經驗、生活習慣以及對中西文化思維解讀的不同，在英語學習成效上有明顯的差異存在，必頇先透過模仿的過程，才能造尌出語言的溝通能力，並且促使語言有創新能力產生，於是學習者在社區大學學習英語過程中，必頇針對學習者的背景來設計一些教學活動，來提高學習成效。鑑於上述，為了提高社區學習者在社區大學英語學習成效，於是筆者透過在社區大學教授相關英語課程，以行動研究來探討社區成人在英語學習的需求與特性，從中了解與發掘出社區大學英語教師教學的困境，進而提出社區大學英語科目有效的成人教學策略，以供各位成人教育者參考。
