Abstract:	10月17日是一個平常的日子，但在台北市同時發生了三件事，均與社區大學有關，一是北投社區大學在北投辦理了『台北學與北投學學術研討會』，一是萬華社區大學在萬華辦理了『萬華文化嘉年華』；另一是國際珍古德協會在台北自由廣場辦理了『夢想嘉年華』活動，此活動原為內湖社區大與汐止夢想社區發起舉辦的森巴秀嘉年華。以上是社區大學與社區具體發生觸動之『點、線、面』行動，影響力甚鉅。社區大學至今在台灣發展已歷十年，成果斐然，但發展仍有瓶頸，學員無法大量擴充，是否與社區學習無法深入結合有關，故本文探討問題所在，對社區村里鄰及社區發展協會等社區幹部進行深入問卷調查，然後分析問題提出需求，作為社區大學之課程設計與參考。調查將以台北市文山區作區域瞭解。
