Title:	組織者社群的共學模式─永和社區大學組織者培力的實踐研究

Abstract:	本研究為永和社區大學進行三年的組織者培力計畫的實踐研究。採用 Alain Touraine「運動的上升與發展是做為個人主體（ personal subject）轉化成為歷史主體（historical subject）的過程」，夏曉鵑補充「社群主體」（communal subject）是這個主體化歷程轉化的必要關鍵；也就是組織結構動員是將個人抵抗轉向集體為更合理社會發聲的過程。作者試圖透過推動這個培力計畫，探討如何形成社群主體，使之能扮演創造性轉譯中介的角色，培養更多的學員成為社區大學基進民主的組織者。本文為整個實踐研究的部份章節，集中在歸納這個培力計畫中的「組織者社群」透過那些群體共學的模式，逐漸建構社群的共識與行動方法，以形成其「社群主體」。這些群體共學模式，分別是客體化行動歷程、具體任務的群體合作、溝通對話達成理解與共識、反覆操演，經由這四個模式，培力計畫中的個人與社群的能動性漸漸促發。
