Title:	多媒體手語學習平台設計初探

Abstract:	手語是一動態、立體之語言，然而，現有手語學習教材使用靜態圖片為主要呈現方式，仍不能針對手語之特性進行完整的表達與呈現。本研究試圖建立手語資料庫，利用手語影片及想像圖片促進手語之動態表達，增進手語之學習效果。此外，針對手語教學者，提供自訂教學單元之功能，教學者可依據其教學目標，彈性選擇相關單字，製作成單元化的教材，賦予其更彈性、更便利的手語教材。隨著網際網路及多媒體的發展，希冀藉由網路不受時間與空間之限制及多媒體之特性，建置一整合影像與圖片的多媒體手語學習平台，使手語從平面教材躍然於螢幕上，突破傳統平面教材無法完整表達之限制，提供全民不限時地的手語學習環境、增進手語學習效益。
