    Abstract: 在數位化、網路化與行動化趨勢下，「銀行3.0」的發展受到高度重視，保險市場自然無法自外於這波趨勢。過去以業務員、保險經紀人與代理人為主的保險傳統通路，因保險公司與消費者間存在極大的資訊差距而有發展的空間，但資訊科技的進步與資料搜尋成本的快速下降，保險公司越來越有能力直接服務客戶，客戶也越有能力直接選擇保險公司與商品，實體傳統通路將面臨虛級化與配角化的威脅。本文提出保險通路3.0的概念用以描述因資訊的變革導致保險通路產生結構變化之可能趨勢，並建議傳統實體通路應採虛實整合策略，藉由結合行動與數位化服務、雲端服務、巨量資料應用、電子保單、行動支付工具與網路投保等技術之運用，全面提升傳統實體通路效率以因應趨勢變化。
