    Abstract: 論文提要
    本論文約計九萬字，區分為六章:
    第一章:導論。第一節 生平略歷，第二節 政治思想的範圍，第三節 研究的取向與困難;本章主要是闡述論文的題目，涵蓋李贅一生的經歷，以及界定研究的範圍與可能有的困難。
    第二章:思想的背景。第一節 社會的環境，第二節 思想的淵源，第三節 個性的特質;本章以此三因素瞭解李贅思想之所以形成的背景。
    第三章:為政的原則。第一節 心性的理解，第二節 時的重要性，第三節 治國之術;本章是基於李贅對人性的理解，以及他對「時」的重視，說明統治者治民的方式。
    第四章:為君與為臣。第一節 為君，第二節 為臣，第三節 君臣關係;本章是述說李贅對君、臣應然、實然的角色之觀點，並分析二者關係。
    第五章:道學的批判。第一節 虛偽的行為，第二節 迂腐的思想，第三節 君子小人之分;本章的內容是李贅抨擊道學者的虛偽與迂腐，並認為他們無以治國。
    第六章:結論。第一節 思想的檢討，第二節 歷史的定位;本章的重心是全面性的檢討李贅的思想，並給予他歷史上應有的評價。
