Title:	俄共中央權力結構與領導型態之研究

Abstract:	論文提要內容: 列寧建立了共黨的一黨專政，黨是俄國政治權力之所在，而政治局、黨總書記則是俄共真正的權力核心。史達林利用各種手段建立其個人獨裁，其後的赫魯雪夫、布里滋涅夫為追求權力，鞏固權力，亦個自採行不同的方法，建立了不完全相同的領導風格，使俄共由極權的個人獨裁逐漸走向穩定的集體領導。本文共乙冊，分五章八節，計約十一萬餘字。第一章:導論，簡述俄共領導政治的一些問題，及對權力的概念作一個說明。第二章:就蘇聯的黨政結構與政治體制作一番探討。第三章:就權力鬥爭的觀點，來看俄共領導階層之權力基礎與領導者如何取得權力且維持權力。第四章:最後從制度上及實際的政治運作，來分析個人獨裁與集體領導的實質與演變。第五章:結論，蘇聯欲維持政治權力的穩定，勢必逐漸走向「制度化」的集體領導。目錄第一章導論………1 第二章俄國黨政中央的權力結構與特質………15 第一節黨政結構及其演變………15 第二節黨政關係………30 第三節一黨政制的特質………40 第三章俄共中央領導權的取得與維持………75 第一節政治權力的基礎………76 第二節權力的取得──權力鬥爭………94 第三節權力的維持………108 第四章領導型態………159 第一節個人獨裁………160 第二節集體領導………181 第五章結論………219 參攷資料………226
