    Title: 中共憲法演變與社會變遷

    Abstract: 論文提要內容:
    本論文的主要研究目的，乃試經由比較憲法條文之指定及其演變，來探究中共憲法在法律上規定與實際連作之間的差異，以及其互動關係，以深究中共憲法之特性與真相。為了配合此目的，依社會變遷觀念為主，比較政治制度方法為
    輔，而對於憲法條文之演變做一比較，進行驗證。全文共一冊，六章十六節，約九萬字，各章大要如下:
    第一章:導論。主要分為研究動機、目的與研究範圍、方法。示出本文基本架構。
    第二章:本章主要在探討社會主義憲法的理論根據，經由其社會主義憲法與一般自由世界憲法之比較，顯現其虛偽的民主觀念。
    第三章:本章主要內容為，先提出社會變遷理論觀念，再以此探究中共憲法演變之背景。
    第四章:本章主要內容為，對於中共四部憲法中「總綱與「公民的基本權利和義務」條文之結構與特性，做深入比較與分析。
    第五章:本章主要內容為，對於中共四部憲法中「國家機關」(即具重要性與代表性的「全國人大」及其常委會、中華人民共和國主席、國務院、中央軍事委員會為限)條文之結構與特性，做深入比較與分析。
    第六章:結論。依研究結果，評述社會主義憲法的特色，且引出中共憲法之特性，爾後為七屆人代會之印證。
