Title:	中小企業脫困之道

Abstract:	1992年，哈佛商學院教授羅伯．柯普朗（Robert S. Kaplan）和平衡計分卡協會總裁大衛．諾頓（David P. Norton）發展出平衡計分卡（Balanced Scorecard, BSC），迄今已在全世界造成管理上的大變革。台灣近十年來也有不少大企業實施平衡計分卡，反觀中小企業，非但實施這個制度的家數不多，成功的案例更是寥寥可數，德律科技公司算是其中非常成功的個案。其實，平衡計分卡可以協助解決中小企業面臨的重大經營困境，值得中小企業研究採用。 - See more at: http://www.hbrtaiwan.com/article_content_AR0001344.html#sthash.cKD8owzv.dpuf
