Title:	電子化跨域整合管理第三階段：五都與周邊區域之服務資訊匯流、整合及挑戰

Abstract:	本研究將以五都升格後所涉及各縣市政府之電子化跨域整合管理發展為研究焦點。首先，針對原本分屬不同縣市政府為民服務資訊系統（如免書證免謄本系統），在五都合併後，彼此間於系統和資料整併上可能遭遇及待解決之重要問題，以作診斷與評估，亦俾就解決方式和經驗相互參照。其次，本研究亦將探討具豐沛資源之五都政府，將如何在區域與周邊城市利用資通科技，帶動區域資訊共享及發展？相關政府首長和主管是否有其藍圖規劃？最後，針對我國第四階段電子化政府規劃中有關地方雲之計畫，探討五都及其周邊城市對於發展地方雲之觀點和看法，並特別著重於由電子化跨域整合管理跨越至雲端運算技術其間之困難與挑戰進行分析和檢視，以為未來地方雲之發展及其可行性預作評估。
