    摘要: 法蘭西大哲柏格森Henri Bergson(1959-1941)為現代哲學思潮中，一生命哲學之主要代表。其說以意識緜延探求生命之本原，以直覺方法認識實在之真相，以生命奮進，說明創造的進化，其生平之三大名著「意識之直接與料論」。Essai sur les donnees immediates de la conscience（英譯：時間與自由意志Time and Free Will），「物質與記憶」Matiere et Memoire（英譯：Matter and Memory）「創造進化論」L`Evolution creatrice（英譯：The Creative Evolution）即所以紬繹闡發此等思想，而結成一生命哲學創造進化之完整系統。柏格森晚年刊布一巨著曰「道德與宗教之二源泉」Les deux sources de la morale et de la religion(1932)本其「生命奮進」elan vital之基本思想，以探究人類之發展進化，社會之組織衍進，由「閉門社會」而達於「開門社會」。於以嬗生人群道德實踐與宗教信仰之形式，乃有閉門道德與開門道德，靜的宗教與動的宗教之分，茲先論其道德思想(註一)。
