Abstract:	所謂「商場如戰場」，公司若是想要在競爭產業的當中永續經營，就必須要不斷地用更有效率的方法來生產和管理。資訊科技進步的結果，使得每家公司莫不爭相編列預算以更新電腦軟硬體，使用更快速的電腦硬體設備、並規劃更完善的作業管理系統，以期達到更高品質的生產與管理，獲得更多的利潤。
