| Abstract: | 由於台灣漸漸步入高齡少子化社會，政府預定開辦國民年金保險以保障老年人口基本生活，但隨著老年人平均餘命增加且慢性病罹患率提高，長期照護費用亦成為老年人口之經濟負擔。目前台灣僅以社會救助方式及全民健保支應小部份長期照護相關給付，面對未來大量長期照護需求，實應建立一完整長期照護體系。
The goal of this study is to investigate the connection between National pension insurance and long term care insurance, and than estimate the finance of long-term care insurance. Four major stages in achieving the objective are summarized as follows: |
