Title:	勞資關係中政府角色功能之研究

Abstract:	隨著工業與經濟的發展，我國的勞工人數已接近六百萬人，勞次關係事務與勞工問題目前已成為一個重要課題。勞資關係系統是工業社會的一個分析性次系統，其中有四個主要的部份：行動主體、環境、意識型態和規則。在行動主體方面有三個主要的成員－勞、資、政，每一成員在勞資關係系統中扮演不同的角色。本論文主要採取系統研究法分析政府在勞資關係中應扮演何種角色，而在三民主義的倫理、民主和科學特質中，政府又應如何因應調整，以期促進勞資關係的和諧與合作。
